Supported Independent Living (SIL)

In-Home Care

Tara In-Home Care service provides personalised support, allowing participants to maintain independence within the comfort and familiarity of their home. Assistance includes meal preparation, cleaning, medication management, and personal care, all delivered with genuine compassion. Community Access

Tara’s Community Access service empowers participants to engage with their community, form connections, and explore personal interests. Personal Care

Transport

Meal Preparation

Short Term Accommodation (STA) / Respite

The STA program provides a safe, welcoming, and engaging short-term stay experience. Participants enjoy a refreshing change of scenery, participate in social and recreational activities, and build connections in a supportive setting. Caregivers receive much-needed respite, knowing their loved ones are in caring, capable hands.
